Amazing benefits and pay, everyone recognizes the value of work/life balance, the work is fulfilling, and the culture is great. Management is always seeking feedback on how to grow and improve as a company. Depending on your manager, they will always be thinking of ways for you to grow in your career. This is not a place where if you mess up, you're fired- If you mess up, people teach you how to do it right and move forward.
Cons
Sometimes expectations for higher up and junior staff can be very different. Communication is not always clear to all levels of staff, but I think they're really trying to work on it. Some staff have a very negative attitude and underappreciate how amazing the company actually is and will always have something to criticize.
