      Burq offers a collaborative culture with strong learning and growth opportunities, where employees take ownership early and contribute to innovative ideas. Work Life balance is excellent the management is friendly, the environment is supportive, and the working style is flexible

      Cons

      Because it’s a fast-growing startup, some processes are still evolving, but this gives employees the chance to learn quickly and actively shape how the company grows.

      Pros

      Although you’ll be miserable- at least you’re employed.

      Cons

      - no dependent medical, dental, vision, insurance. - no leadership everyone reports into founders and they are way over their head already. - no clear initiatives - no respect and you will not be treated like a subject matter expert in your own space. - low ball salaries - no growth opportunities. They will secretly hire someone above you and you will not be informed until that new person puts time on your calendar.
