Pros
Opportunity to gain experience across multiple manufacturers.
Cons
After a management change, I was laid off and later rehired. Upon returning, I was required to complete additional training for multiple manufacturers and take on increased responsibilities without a pay increase. There was frequent turnover in management, and disciplinary actions were issued early on by new leadership. Following that period, expectations continued to increase without additional compensation. Employees may be asked to work under separate entities, as I received a second W-2 from a different company. When I declined to continue working under that separate employer arrangement, I was let go. Safety concerns were not consistently treated with the level of seriousness expected in a role where physical harm is possible. Professional input and job titles did not always align with actual responsibilities.
