- Lots of industry exposure - Management wants to hear and implement your ideas - Lots of room for professional development - No micromanagement - Many opportunities to become a leader - Is what you make of it - Good stepping stone to learn a lot about the Oil and Gas industry - Lots of quiet time in office (could be good or bad) - Management cares about your professional growth

- No Employee Morale / Appreciation - Lack of Company Culture - Sometimes felt a lack of communication from management. - Unorganized (start up environment) - Compensation is not the best - Management has an Old School approach to many issues. - Commission payment structure is discouraging/not motivating - Long Sales Cycle (not the company’s fault) - PTO is low and strict compared to other companies - Not the most engaging material (varies on the person) - Lots of quiet time in office (could be good or bad) - Small Holiday Schedule - Lacks Diversity
