Cons
The business has the potential to be great place to work, however unfortunately a lack of adequate process, communications and people management prevent it from reaching its potential.
Whilst highly skilled in the digital field, the current Managing Director provides little management and people-leading support to the business. In turn, communication from senior leadership is frequently non-existent or erratic. Restructures and shifts in roles and responsibilities have not been officially announced for months on end, and there is a lack of focus on general staff support and well being. Blockages in receiving vital support or information are often the norm, with open communication only given to a select few.
The management team is a boys' club with almost all females in senior leadership positions having been systematically pushed out of the business.
