Can be difficult working with editors who may not get graphics

Many of the culture, benefits, PTO, growth opportunities, and travel perks that once made the company attractive disappeared after covid hit.

High turnover and annual layoffs, low compensation (below industry standards), heavy and arbitrary performance pressure, poor management communication, limited career growth, shifting strategy, labor tensions, strained relationship with AI, and a toxic, politicized culture marked by favoritism and internal friction.
