Nice company to work for - Consultant/Sales Business Union Financial Employee Review

W/P balance with an open door policy.

Company not as large or known like other big firms.

the only pro to working here is not working nights or weekends, and they have potlucks once a week. honestly not worth the headache, don't waste your time applying, they will most likely lie to you and lay you off, fire you, or cut your hours within the first few weeks.

oh boy, where do i even begin. this company is ran by a family of individuals who claim to be big time entrepreneurs and they scam people into giving them money only to screw the individual over, including the clients. there is no structure, no benefits, no stable income, no idea what they are doing running a business honestly. they promise you a certain income, only to have you sign a secret contract stating way less than discussed prior. no raises will be given, commission is a joke, they have no funding, they lay off employees and do not offer assistance for unemployment, the company is a joke. ran by uneducated idiots. no idea what my job title even consisted of, i had 3 different job titles within two weeks, yet i was only cold calling clients from linked in and apparent leads from 6 months prior. business union financial is a scam and i would avoid applying for this job or any job dealing with Dan Carey. avoid this place.
