The PTO is surprisingly good for the industry, and you will have some wonderful coworkers and managers. Many people are willing to go out of their way to answer questions and to try to support you in whatever way they can
Cons
There is a horrible idea about work-life balance at the company. Many people work over their lunch break even though they aren't supposed to. There is a horrible culture around training and handing off to others. The company is not clear on the guidelines and expectations within the role. You feel punished for going above and beyond at times, at the call of duty. The company is behind the curve on the latest use cases. Senior management can be a pain in the butt to work with
