6yI appreciate the feedback and your point of view. However I do disagree. Especially on the following points.
Promotions and career advancement are earned...more so than any other company that I have worked for. This is very much a performance based culture that rewards achievement and results.
Additionally, our leadership has been stable and shown low turnover...especially within our Sales, Technology & Strategic groups. We have had a number of additions to leadership...but that has been driven by high growth and the maturation of the company.
We've rarely lost high profile talent, especially those performing at a high level.
Lastly, it is a reflection of empathy and ownership for a CHRO to take the time to read and respond (let alone offer to have a live conversation) in regard to Glassdoor reviews. I have worked at more than one company where HR Leadership has sees those duties as beneath them, and I applaud our leadership shows it the importance that it deserves.
