Pros
-Great teammates that I enjoy working with. Strong company culture with opportunities for involvement in professional orgs and other extracurriculars -A growing company, which has accommodated personal career growth -Open door policy with senior management - they are open to feedback and want to put their employees in position to succeed. -Competitive pay with solid health benefits, including vision and dental, with options for family and spousal coverage. My out of pocket costs have been minimal. -Time off policy is very flexible, and I have never been denied a PTO request
Cons
Since this is still a growing company, it helps to be flexible and adaptable and this may not be the ideal place for those that are resistant to or uncomfortable with change. However, in my experience almost all changes have been for the better, including more and better resources, technology, support, etc.
