Worked part time less than a year. Let's tell the truth here it was not even weeks. Someone who had suitability and then complained about training. However, never reviewed the QMS training materials, never did anything outside of work in relation to further development (which is a requirement under the competency framework. Payments are made consistently, however, let's tell the truth here about your unexplained absences and time unaccounted for as the reason your payments were investigated. Let's not forget about when asked about work you deflecting and deferring responsibility for issues.

Pros

Paid weekly, but not consistent. Will not pay you if they terminate you.

Cons

Toxic managers who swear and use inappropriate language towards employees. Charging excessive amounts of money to client as staff are required to meet a mandatory billable workday. No staff training or time to do professional development. Supervisions are billed to participants with a high staff turnover. Was not provided a laptop or phone.

Clients cannot be charged excessively and are charged in accordance with the NDIS price guide. Billable requirements are discussed at time of interview. Staff training is provided. Professional development is not factored in until you reach 6 months employment. Staff turnover isn't high. Laptops and phones are provided and if working from one of our offices there are phones and desktops supplied, including company vehicles.
