      Working from home is an option for majority of roles.

      Cons

      Continuous development in how courses are delivered and assessed. Adapting and implementing feedback can be a positive, however too many changes can result in inconsistencies and too many 'versions' being run simultaneously.

      Work from home, manage your own diary, Colleagues are so helpful and happy to answer any questions, feel you are using to knowledge to help others.

      Cons

      Hard to not have someone show you physically how something works, but provide video tutorials.
