Ambitious targets at times made staff nervous

Friendly staff who are very passionate about their work and are happy to help new staff, providing advice and sharing their experience. Staff and volunteers are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the species they work with. Conservation work is very evidence-based and engagement team is growing and becoming more of a focus.

Some people don't like working remotely which means it can take people awhile to meet other staff members and find out who to contact within the organisation to find out certain information.
