I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice- DONT DO IT! The CEO is extremely disorganized, frequently changes direction, and often contradicts herself — which makes it nearly impossible to know what’s expected from day to day. Promises made during the interview don’t reflect the reality once you’re hired.
The environment is chaotic, and leadership often communicates in a condescending and unprofessional manner. Confidential conversations are not treated with respect, and there’s a lot of gossip coming from the top. It’s one of the most stressful and untrustworthy workplaces I’ve experienced, and I couldn’t leave fast enough.
