They're flexible with work arrangements and they try hard to keep staff entertained with their own employee app and with monthly bingo games / prizes in the office.
Cons
As a BI Developer you understand where the money is coming from and the demographics of customers. How can you encourage / give incentives to your big money players but also adhere to the gambling commission by helping people with a potential gambling problem? If the gambling industry doesn't conflict with your morals then this is a good place to work if they survive Covid-19
