Pros
The company treats its employees incredibly well, with room for autonomous working as well as getting support if required. They are very flexible with hybrid working (in the Support Centre) which leads to a perfect work/life balance.
Cons
Interdepartmental communication and visibility is lacking in a lot of aspects, so getting information from specific areas can prove challenging. Managers also have a fair amount of work on their plates, so sometimes it can be difficult to get the required 1-2-1 time with them.
