Pros
-Little to no micromanagement -There are fun/nice people to work with -Events/jobs they get are pretty cool -Floral and Graphics department are the best! -Can be a very fun environment
Cons
-FOH can be VERY cliquey -Because of the little to no micromanagement, the BOH/operations is VERY disorganized which results to low quality of work and late deliveries -Very last minute with their jobs -Upper management does a lot of talk but rarely any action
