Organizational Structure including but not limited to:
Operational Standards, Human Resources, Policy & Procedures, Talent Development/ Career Pathing, Loss Prevention, Line Organization, Sales Planning/ Forecasting--- all essentially non-existant by way of actual document every employee can reference or has been trained with; which is only eclipsed by the lack of company culture that doesn't exist or hasn't been established. A lot of what I heard during may tenure around policy/procedure was explained as "hear-say" and couldn't be shown with supporting tools or indication that every store was being held to the same standards in any aspect of the business-- which ultimately leaves managers not equipped to drive their business, ensure accountability/ promote succession planning, and feel empowered/supported to truly own and drive their business.
High turnover during tenure, having 3 District/Area managers within a year, never received an actual onboarding training.
