The company is more interested in appearances than getting the job done. It was relocated to Chicago from Happauge N.Y. Most of the experienced employees were not relocating, but worked in Chicago for some time. The long time workers were on their way out, and resented the company. They did everything they could to sabotage the new people there, because they were bitter. They would not do anything to train or even point new people in the right direction. No training is provided, basically a shark tank.
