All employees were slapped in the face with a Thursday early morning email from our CEO reiterating the Q4 call he had published the night prior. In a 1 paragraph explanation at the bottom of this email was his announcement of his “hard decision” advising all employees that we would not be receiving a merit increase, or bonuses in 2024 for all our hard work we put into 2023. Regular leadership barely got a heads up and had NO answers for more than 24 hours to provide to their subordinates. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed in this company.
