Rarely if ever will you work past your shift time, but that's more of a sign of employee unhappiness than job perk.
Cons
Micromanagement to a level I've never seen before. Things were bad before, but became much worse when Global acquired the company. Senior leadership within C&H is virtually non-existent. Reviewing numbers is not leadership, those on that position should be expected to inspire rather than constantly criticize. If you absolutely need a job to pay your bills and are out of options elsewhere, reluctantly accept the job--but continue your search. I've yet to meet a person there that loves what they do.
