Pros

C-leveled is a pretty laid back place to work. You'll often see employees collaborating at the bar area or lounging on the couch with their laptop, a movie playing in the background. Every employee enjoys freedom in their work which, as a team, makes us more creative and open to exploring new avenues of success. It's nice knowing that your ideas will never be met with a "no" -- you're encouraged to test out new theories and help find ways to make our clients as successful as possible. That being said, C-leveled is an extremely fast paced environment. Our list of clients covers all types of industries, so you need to be able to switch gears. One thing is for sure...it's never boring!

Cons

Meeting client deadlines and expectations can get a bit stressful at times.

Pros

The team at C-leveled really makes it easy to look forward to coming in everyday. They are a really fun team to interact and work with. The job provides challenges with a vast array a clients varying in different industries, which makes the work interesting day to day. Day to day the culture in the office is always lighthearted and communication is great. They supply you with everything you need, and if there are there is something you do need to make the job easier, they don't hesitate to accommodate.

Cons

I lived pretty far so the drive in for me was kind of a hike, but when I moved to the city it became much more tolerable.

Pros

Overall the organization has an entrepreneurial spirt filled with exciting new ideas and projects, especially within the Pittsburgh start-up community. It's a work hard play hard mentality. With recently acquiring a local branding agency the opportunity for growth with such a creative team is refreshing. It has a very "ad agency" like atmosphere that can be enjoyable on any given day.

Cons

Teams are very segmented within their own projects and task. There is overall confusion along with a major lack of communication and process. The lack of leadership and team development doesn't make it appealing for growth within the organization. Team members were let go without any notice or performance reviews. Team members came and went always giving an unsettling feeling.
