Pros
There are opportunities to learn about an interesting industry. This knowledge/experience can pivot into a lot of different roles elsewhere.
Cons
Benefits are the bare minimum. All employees are grossly underpaid. They have not updated their technology since probably 2001. The office culture is horrible and new people are made to feel judged when they ask a question. Turnover is insane. I worked there for almost 2 years and saw roughly 20+ people get fired. There is no training or documented processes in place so if an employee cannot figure things out on their own they get let go rather than provided the resources needed to be successful. Almost no opportunities for career growth unless you want to go into sales. They do not do annual reviews or exit interviews which gives me the impression that they don’t care to change.
