Pros
Product concept is good but needs a lot of work. The majority of people are nice and hard working.
Cons
Enormous staff turnover because of a culture of bullying and harassment. Several complaints have been made by employees but no effective solution has been put in place. No real sense of business direction and all quite chaotic, attempts to take initiative and improve the way the company operates are met with aggressive and degrading behaviour.
