Pros
The company has bee very flexible and understanding with it's employees. As long as you put in the work and help pick up other people's shifts, you will get help when you need it from the boss. Also, they train you to do the job, so no certification is needed prior to becoming a scribe. I highly recommend it!
Cons
You do not get overtime, although you are allowed to work more than 40 hours. So you can work as much as you want (as available), but you don't get paid time and a half.
