      Pros

      Easy-going, quiet office and there are some nice ladies I worked with

      Cons

      Lots of backstabbing amongst employees and managers. Very poor communication between managers and employees. If you've been here for 10+ years, you can do lots of wrong but be treated as you do no wrong. Very cliquey...new employees are not respected or accepted by managers and employees, as new ideas could threaten territories. Scary.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance; employees all basically left at 4 or 5.

      Cons

      Lack of clear objectives. Too many things that needed to be improved...everyone struggled but there was not time or attention on fixing it all.
