      1. No polictics. 2. No micromanagement. 3. Healthy envirnoment. 4. Age gap is not a barrier for freshers, senior management treats them like a friend not like a resource

      Onsite opportunity are good for experience people

      C2L has very bad people. There hire people who are kicked out from Mastek. C2L has a bunch of moron managers who doesnt know how to manage a thing and puts blame on the developers
