Trusted to take on accounts more or less straight away
Cons
I worked here for just over a month but this is what I found:
- toxic account management team, always talking negatively about one another
-the ‘inner circle’ is protected and liked by senior management otherwise you’re disregarded and unimportant to them
- tiny company but makes out its a lot bigger during interview stages
- poor decision making from the top, the ‘director’ takes weeks for answers to a simple issue
- company are in their infancy stages when it comes to decision making, treatment of staff, HR issues and processes it’s like their newly opened
- chaotic and frantic style of work, last minute answers, decisions and no thought out planning from anyone makes it a really stressful place to be
-no real sense of team or being part of a great company, no team building, appraisals, benefits or packages at all
- no 1 to 1’s or progress reviews
- a couple of the service managers are so belittling of less experienced staff not just in that team but across other departments also
- maximum effort minimum reward
I could actually name so much more. I just urge people not to apply here if you want to benefit your career and or work life.
