Pros
Free coffee and parking, not a whole lot more. Could possibly add that it's low stress, but this might not be a pro considering their customer facing website and database are consistently ablaze and nobody seems to care.
Cons
Old school company with a few well tenured, firmly planted individuals that have created comfy positions for themselves. Because of this, lots of favoritism and nepotism going on. Very little investment in employees, equipment, training, or simple things like office supplies. Don't expect any of the modern day perks. You'll feel as if you've been time warped back to the mid-90's. Their flagship software is about as slow and buggy as I've seen. Hard to believe this is the bread and butter of their business.
