Pros
The Chief Executive Officer genuinely cares for associates. It really showed in his writing to associates throughout the pandemic. The pension program and shared success program were good. The CAA Insurance and Echelon departments were growing particularly entry levels. The associates in these departments seemed happy and content.
Cons
The ability to advance your career will be almost zero unless you're already at senior management level. A old boys club still in existence. Forget about career advancement at Orion. It's just not going to happen. But if you enjoy being micro-managed Orion is the place to be. Good and loyal associates have already left. Surely more to come.
