Pros
The company has a great brand and an interesting business model. The people are generally collegial and want to do their best for the company.
Cons
Exceedingly weak senior management team who are generally under-qualified for the roles they play and functions they lead. This company is not remotely a meritocracy for talented senior people. For more junior positions, it is extremely difficult to dislodge less-capable superiors.
