They have absolutely no understanding or compassion. -Impossible standards that you’re expected to meet, zero room for mistakes or you’re penalized -constantly micro managed and spied on -very unsustainable job, zero work life balance. Your mental health will deteriorate unless you’re a robot which is what they want you to be.
