Great company@ - Technical Specialist CADD Microsystems Employee Review

This company was the absolute best to work for. The owners were still heavily involved in the vision and operation, and you could tell they really cared about who they worked with. Lots of gender diversity in the leadership, lots of different backgrounds to bring different ideas to the table. You can tell they really care about their people.

Sometimes it was challenging to get things going and move into new systems, everything was very thoughtful before implementing which creates for a stable business but sometimes competitors moved faster.

CADD is a GREAT place to work! The owners and other leaders care deeply about their employees and customers. Always reinvesting in the business and employees. Benefits are top notch. Co-workers are amazing!

I have nothing bad to say about CADD. I've been here for over 30 years.
