Pros
Very good working atmosphere and flexible timetable. Horizontal communication with area chiefs. Aids given for lunch, learning languages and gym.
Cons
Needed more communication between areas. I feel there should be more cooperation during product development phases in order to make less mistakes and do less review meetings.
