A young company which is still growing allowing you to really add an impact and solve some exciting challenges. Great, supportive and motivated colleagues with impressive backgrounds. Some good employee benefits (flexible work hours, work from home etc.). Very smooth and welcoming on-boarding journey, making you feel a part of the team from the outset and immediately contribute towards the company vision, goals and objectives. Opportunity to grow, both personally & professionally.
Cons
Fast-paced which can easily turn into "too much to do" and "not enough time to do it in" however this is expected from a disruptive start-up like CAFU which is redefining an industry.
