Great place to work if you are self motivated - Project Manager CAI Employee Review

If you have a good work ethic and are self motivated, the sky is the limit. You can make great money and there are a lot of opportunities for promotion/career development. CAI will not plan your career for you, you set your own goals and you are accountable for meeting/exceeding those goals. CAI has paid for some of my certifications including books, travel and instruction. People are very caring and friendly. Nice environment to work in. This is a company not a corporation and Sr. Management does a lot to support the local community.
