Pros

Work could be done remotely if preferred

Cons

Awful benefits. No PTO, real below pay than the market - you make more at chick fil a -, you feel unworthy to the company, no sick days, no holidays.. Bothering managers.. I was really successful at what I did according to my teammates, my manager, and their clients. We still are in touch with many. But overall, the company is awful for any human being since they don't make you feel you're part of the company. I had to go to ER one day and when I got back, first thing the HR asked me is to submit the time I was off as out of office. They knew I went to ER but they didn't even care if I was ok or not. Awful human beings. They don't care you live or die, they care their own business.

Pros

- Opportunity to work on interesting, high-impact projects. - Flexible work environment that supports work/life balance. - Many talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the organization.

Cons

- Leadership dynamics can feel misaligned, particularly when less experienced teams are driving decisions that impact more tenured professionals. - Career growth feels unclear and, at times, unattainable without the "right" visibility or relationships. - Cross-functional friction is common, and navigating disagreement does not always feel supported or safe. - Compensation and advancement do not consistently reflect market expectations or individual contributions. - Organizational priorities can feel disconnected from the day-to-day experience of employees.
