-Colleagues are helpful and decent people. -Remote (but it's worthless if your computer is used as a spy device, not healthy as a work environment at all).

-Poor salary, required to work as a contractor ONLY for this company, can get laid off at any time with no warning. -Mandatory usage of Workpuls software - spyware that logs your keystrokes and mouse movements, creates screen recordings, records audio recordings with the computer output and mic and creates a graph of "productivity", if you're below a limit you're fired. -Rare or no salary increase (based on my experience and other colleagues), only increased workload over time. -Bad higher management. -Treats employees, especially engineers like garbage that can be thrown in the trash at any time.

Other helpful colleagues(who are not staying for long)

Since 4 months ago they installed spyware software on each device. So they can see screenshots, video recording and everything what you type, You are supposed to be active 7/7 otherwise they will say why have you have been inactive for 20 minutes yesterday. This is disgusting and somehow disappointing since before all of this started it was one of the best companies to work. Forget about salary raise.
