The company is employee owned. One could benefit from long-term employment with them regarding stock options. They provide multiple services in geographically dispersed locations so loss of a contract does not automatically mean termination of your employment. They offer opportunities to grow and develop with education, training, and mentoring programs. Career-minded individuals have the chance to earn promotion to a management position.
Cons
Human resource support is ineffective at best. Processes are overly complicated. HR relies heavily on an automated system that doesn't work well. Communication of administrative requirements are neither effective, nor timely.
