Pros
CALIBRE is "Employee Owned". Self development is not only encouraged, but rewarded as well. There is a wide array of career paths to choose from. Training opportunities are plentiful. Our customers are very happy with the levle of service we provide and that promotes a sense of self confidence, satisfaction and fulfillment at the end of the day.
Cons
The contract services field can be erratic at times and though we are "corporate" employees, we must have a contract vehicle to support most of our positions. Working away from the HQ can sometime lead to feelings of being left out of the loop. Reaction time to ideas and leads from customer site employees is often prolonged and opportunites are sometimes missed.
