Pros
A lot of really great, caring people work here. Schedule is flexible and there's a great deal of commitment from employees to seeing the company succeed.
Cons
If you came in with a low salary, it won't change much regardless of how much you do for the company. Those who get paid the least in many cases do the most work - including many nights and weekends. While it's nice to be paid overtime, if you're base salary is low, the money isn't worth it for the amount of time put in.
