They are still trying to build a more professional workplace so there are a lot of hiccups. If you get the wrong manager you are micromanaged the entire time. Not a stable job as upper management lets people go on the spot frequently. Simply excelling in your position isn’t enough, you have to play the whole “corporate” personality game. Training is really poor, you have to figure out half of the job yourself. Upper management is not very organized and promises a lot and under delivers as far as promotions/raises go.
