Pros

It's a decent job for artistic people.

Cons

CAMP is an unstable job with unstable hours. Some weeks you are working the bare minimum of part time job hours, while some weeks you are working less than that or even zero hours a week. They have also drastically cut pay for canteen workers, so, on top of the unstable hours, we are making way less now than before. There's also no healthcare or dental care benefits that come with the job.

Pros

I worked at Camp 5th Ave for a while and I have so much love for this place. The people!! I don't have enough words to express how much I really care for all the people I got to work with, even when days where really rough it was so nice to be surrounded by incredible people like all the SEA's, managers, and of course our GM!! The job itself can be really fast-paced, but personally a lot of the time you do have a lot of fun especially when you're working with people who make it enjoyable. I found the pay to be good as well. The experience going on at the time was not my favorite thing ever but we got the hang of it pretty fast. I also thought it was nice to see a lot of people from corporate coming to check in and they were really friendly.

Cons

It can be a little exhausting I guess? Don't have a lot of negatives to say.

Pros

There are a handful of incredible people who really try hard to keep the trains running at corporate and lots of great people working in the stores.

Cons

No coherent strategy, constant whiplash, constant turnover, no room to grow, no passion for the business evident at the leadership level.
