Pros
I was told on my interview that if I squeeze I will get juice, I found this to be true. Management is great, I had very limited sales experience and they taught and tutored me to be successful. There is a great camaraderie among the employees, everybody wants everyone to do well. The CEO is a man of integrity and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his employees and customers. There is a gym on site, and 3 days a week you can participate in the wellness program led by a great instructor. Since working here I have gained skills that help me in both work and personal life, I have become more fit, and made good friends.
Cons
Its a sales job, Its easy to become discouraged if your having a bad week. Remember its a numbers game, just keep swinging and you WILL hit somthing
