Pros
The work environment is fun and laid back, while also goal oriented and competitive. Managers are very willing to help where needed and in most cases do not micromanage. If you are a top producer, the compensation is great. As with most sales jobs, you are rewarded for hard work. The company leadership has a clear vision of the future/direction of the company and works to make it a great place to work. Benefits are above average with free fitness classes, good 401k options, but average health insurance.
Cons
Really aren't too many negatives here...relatively low opportunity for major advancement/promotion/personal growth. This is due to the fact that there really aren't that many management positions to fill, although management always encourages any/all to apply to management positions. PTO and holidays off are limited, although they are always willing to work around your schedule.
