The office is in a nice looking building. Weekly pay! The coordination staff cares sometimes. Depending on your department you might get donuts once a week.
Cons
Inconvenient to travel to. Management is more concerned with money than with treating their employees and clients well. They make you lie to the prospects in order to secure the account even if it is at a detriment to the client and the company. The office is extremely cliquey and they have a tendency to be abusive and insulting to each other. Favoritism is rife and the amount of incompetence that is allowed to slide from certain elements is unfathomable. There is a lack of professionalism from the top of the chain all the way to the bottom (employees using slurs at each other, upper management actively getting drunk in front of their employees, employees coming in intoxicated and getting high in the office while working etc.) Complete disregard for the medical needs of their employees. Compete disregard for the financial needs of their employees. There's absolutely no good or healthy food options in the area. Rampant discrimination specifically against people with medical conditions.
