      It’s got a really strong tech culture where you actually feel ownership over what you’re building & things move pretty fast. The teams are super supportive & there’s a lot of encouragement to try new ideas & innovate. I also got great exposure to working on scalable systems, which was a big plus for me.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines can create pressure.
