      Mission seems to be a worthwhile cause and some decent folks to work with. Serious red flags that people need to be aware of

      Senior management seems to not understand fundamental issues within their own organization. The CEO is quick to judgement and completely self serving and lacks any compassion or awareness of the needs of her staff. Self-aggrandized and complete aloof
