In this company, young engineers have a great opportunity to work in national and European R&D projects and for publishing their first papers for conferences & journals. There are four important technical departments : Automation & Robotics, Avionics, Materials & Processes and Simulation & Software. In each of them, you will work with state-of-art specific equipment and there are experienced professionals that will help new employees to their integration. The average short-age of the employees help to a nice atmosphere of work. Full-time workers have also the opportunity to attend to formation courses and international conferences.
Cons
- Since this company is a non-profit organization, in some projects the "Research" part is stronger than the "Development" one, and because of that the work of several months or years it is only used for the documentation and demonstrations of the projects. I think that there is a great opportunity for exploiting the acquired knowledge in the previous years, but the highest positions don't know how to do that. - Salaries could be much better for those people with more responsibilities. - The company doesn't hire experimented professionals but young engineers (it's cheaper ...)
