The company has many administrative issues. The biggest issue is that they do not always treat their sales reps fairly. You must always check your commissions to guarantee that they are correct. They continue to make errors in payouts. A sales rep’s customers are supposed to be their customers for life, but if the customer doesn’t follow the correct link or use the right code, the sales reps does not receive the commission. Emails are sent out to customers for them to “click on” for deals which also leaves the sales reps out of the loop. When this is brought to their attention, they do not seem to think it is a problem. The company appears to have recently downsized and in all appearance seems to be going under.
